Guidelines
Submission requirements
Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit original contributions of their work in English. Submissions should meet the following requirements.
- Extended abstract: Minimum 2 pages — Including text and figures — due 15 January 2027, end of day SGT (UTC+08:00).
- Full manuscript: Minimum 4 pages — For accepted abstracts — due 30 May 2027.
- Format: IEEE two-column PDF — No other format can be accepted.
- File size: Max 10 MB — PDF file-size limit applies to submission and final versions.
- Template: IEEE conference template — Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings. Download template
- PDF only, maximum 10 MB.
Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts using the IEEE two-column conference template and convert them to PDF. Accepted manuscripts that adhere to the IEEE full-manuscript guidelines will be indexed in IEEE Xplore, with publication expected by 1 August 2027.

IEEE Xplore® Inclusion Requirements
For an accepted paper to be included in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, all of the following requirements must be satisfied:
- Appropriate publication materials must be submitted (final paper and transfer of copyright to IEEE).
- At least one full registration must be paid.
- The paper must be presented at the conference.
Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be IEEE copyrighted and published in the conference proceedings.
Journal special issues
Authors of selected high-quality papers will be invited to submit an extended version for consideration in special issues of Materials Science in Semiconductor Processing (Elsevier) or Microelectronics International (Emerald). The expected publication window is November-December 2027. These journal invitations are separate from the IEEE Xplore publication preference.
