Submission Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to electronically submit original contributions of their work in English. Submissions should meet the following requirements.

Extended abstractMinimum 2 pages

Including text and figures — due 15 January 2027.

Full manuscriptMinimum 4 pages

For accepted abstracts — due 30 May 2027.

FormatIEEE two-column PDF

No other format can be accepted.

File sizeMax 2 MB

PDF file-size limit applies to submission and final versions.

Authors are requested to prepare their manuscripts using the IEEE two-column conference template and convert them to PDF. Accepted manuscripts that adhere to the IEEE full-manuscript guidelines will be indexed in IEEE Xplore, with publication expected by 1 August 2027.

IEEE Xplore® Inclusion Requirements

For an accepted paper to be included in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library, all of the following requirements must be satisfied:

  • Appropriate publication materials must be submitted (final paper and transfer of copyright to IEEE).
  • At least one full registration must be paid.
  • The paper must be presented at the conference.

Accepted, registered, and presented papers will be IEEE copyrighted and published in the conference proceedings.
